Recipes :: Low Carb Cheesecake

Low Carb Cheesecake

Cheesecake??? That's low carb??? And tastes amazing??? If you are like me, you doubted that, too! But guess what? It does exists! And it is so easy to make! And you can change it up by using other flavors of jello! I used strawberry banana, because it was the only one I had at the time. This is a must try! Even if you aren't on a low carb diet, this is still amazing!

Ingredients
2 cups of lite whip cream
1 package of lite cream cheese
1 packet of sugar free jello (whatever flavor you want!)
1/2 cup of boiling water
Directions
1. Mix together whip cream and cream cheese until smooth.
2. Mix jello packet in hot water.
3. Add mixed jello to whip/cream cheese mix, and mix until blended.
4. Pour into a dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Enjoy!!

----------

I wanted something different than a shake for once. So, I got to looking and found this recipe. I tried it out, and loved it! Before tasting it, I was expecting the taste of waffles. This kinda disappointed me. It tastes more like sweet scrambled eggs. Don't get me wrong, it was very good and I will eat it again... but don't expect it to taste like waffles, haha.

If you have any recipes to use ViShape in, please share them in the comments!

My health adventure - 005

Shake time! This shake - pictured above - has coffee in it. I wanted to see how it'd be. But, I used normal in it. So it wasn't that strong. I think it would be better with some instant coffee for that strong taste. I need to buy some. I usually have a shake for breakfast and dinner, then my low carb meal for lunch.

I also have some add in flavors for my shakes; strawberry and chocolate. Both are soooo good! I am tempted to get some mint extract and try that in my chocolate shakes. Mint chocolate... mmm! Sounds good, right? I need to do that.

What do you use in your shakes?
What low carb meals do you like?

My health adventure - 003

This low carb eating is not as bad as I thought it would be. I do miss my bread. But I'm getting by without it. Since it is just me and the kids at home most of the time, I normally did not eat much anyways. But would snack on junk; chips, cookies, bread. And I feel full with this low carb diet. I'm liking my meals, too. Here's a few...

Chicken & Avocado // Ribs & Avocado

I need to go grocery shopping so I can have more sides, but I do like my avocados! So I don't mind. I've been searching for new low carb recipes to try, and have been finding some really good sounding ones. I am anxious to try them! I have been making my grocery list so I can go shopping for everything I need.

Taco salad: meat, lettuce, avocado,
little cheese, & taco sauce.

Stir-fry: chicken, mixed vegetables.
No rice.

Keep an eye out for low carb recipes to come!
