Recipe :: pizza roll


Ingredients
1 roll of dough
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
Italian herbs
Olive Oil
Butter

Directions
1. Roll out dough, and flatten it - use a rolling pin on it a little.
2. Brush, or rub, on olive oil.
3. Cover with pepperoni completely - all the way to the edges.
4. Cover with cheese - same way as pepperoni.
5. Sprinkle a little italian herbs, but not too much.
6. Roll up, starting at one side ending at the other.
7. Spread on some melted butter, with a little garlic powder, if you wish.
8. Put on pan and in the oven at 375 degrees, for 15-25 minutes.

Made one with onions and peppers for my hubby. You can add other things, but be careful since you have to roll it. Don't stuff it too full.


Very good, and quick to make!
